Signing of the 3ʳᵈ Phase Agreement for “The Promotion of Local Publications and Reading Culture Programme” with the Leisure and Cultural Services Department

The Hong Kong Reprographic Rights Licensing Society would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Lee Tsz Chun, Assistant Director of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and Dr. Sharon Wong, Executive Director of the society, for formally signing the third phase cooperation agreement for the “Promotion of Local Publications and Reading Culture Programme” on 27 March 2026.

The collaboration originated from the “Pilot Programme for the Promotion of Local Publications and Reading Culture” launched in 2020. Having progressed through multiple phases, it has now reached a new milestone. Both parties look forward to continuing their close collaboration, building on the achievements of the previous phase, and further strengthening efforts in promoting local publications and fostering a reading culture.
